What counts as a ticket?
Any new customer conversation opened in a billing period. Replies on the same conversation are free.
What happens if I exceed my ticket limit?
On Growth and Starter, overage is billed per ticket. On Pro, overage is $0.02/ticket. Business and Enterprise have no ticket limit.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever, no time limit. Paid plans can be cancelled anytime.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?

How is annual billing discounted?
Annual plans are discounted ~20% compared to month-to-month, billed once per year.
